Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using SafeSyt HR ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by ADCX Lab Hub (JM1033406-H).

2. Service Description

SafeSyt HR is a cloud-based HR management platform providing attendance tracking, leave management, payroll calculation, and worker management for Malaysian businesses.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be authorized to process worker data on behalf of your company

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your company or worker data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
• You may export or delete your data at any time

6. Payment & Subscription

• Free trial: 3 days, limited to 5 workers
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• No refunds for partial months/years
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Non-payment may result in account suspension

7. Service Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADCX Lab Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
