2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email, phone number, company name
• Worker data: Name, IC/passport number, phone, staff ID, salary, department, emergency contact
• Attendance data: GPS location (punch in/out), selfie photo, timestamp
• Leave & payroll data: Leave applications, OT records, salary calculations

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide HR management services (attendance, payroll, leave)
• Generate reports for your company
• Send system notifications (email)
• Improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Singapore region (ap-southeast-1)
• Encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.2+)
• Access restricted to authorized personnel only
• Passwords hashed using SHA-256 with salt

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while account is active + 12 months after deletion
• Attendance & payroll records: 7 years (as required by Malaysian Employment Act 1955)
• Selfie photos: 90 days, then auto-deleted

6. Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Withdrawal — Withdraw consent for data processing
• Deletion — Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
